VOD, PP, and Scouting are stand alone programs, however there are many youth activities that a post can get involved with. Little league and Babe Ruth baseball, youth soccer clubs, summer camps, craft work shops, and other activities. Most communities sponsor youth activities, of which you can get involved in. Check with your local schools, chamber of commerce, businesses, city recreation board, and see if they have a youth program that you can help with.
The youth of today are tomorrows leaders. Let's get involved.
