The VFW Department of Nevada Mid-Winter Conference will be held at the Palace Station in Las Vegas Nevada from January 22-23, 2027. Friday will be Suicide Prevention training (Safe Talk) starting at 8:00am. This is a 3+ hour course. You must signup for the course on the link provided during the registration process.
The VFW COA will hold their meeting at 3pm followed by the Department of Nevada Foundation board meeting. A tentative schedule will be out at the end of this month.
Something new - There will be an all inclusive ticket available. It will be a cheaper option until October 15, 2026 then will increase to $120.00, which will still be below the individual prices. The link below will take you to the registration and payment portal. Meal cutoff will happen on December 22, 2026.

All room reservations must be made before the cutoff date of Tuesday, December 22, 2026 to receive the discounted group rate. Any unused rooms in the group block will be released back into the general hotel inventory at the cutoff date.
